Our services are available to individuals residing in Maryland who meet applicable eligibility criteria. By requesting services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are acting on behalf of a minor or dependent with proper legal authority. If you are requesting services on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so.
